詩篇 第 144

（ 大 衛 的 詩。 ） 耶 和 華 ─ 我 的 磐 石 是 應 當 稱 頌 的 ！ 他 教 導 我 的 手 爭 戰， 教 導 我 的 指 頭 打 仗。

Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:

他 是 我 慈 愛 的 主， 我 的 山 寨， 我 的 高 臺， 我 的 救 主， 我 的 盾 牌， 是 我 所 投 靠 的 ； 他 使 我 的 百 姓 服 在 我 以 下。

My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me.

耶 和 華 啊， 人 算 甚 麼， 你 竟 認 識 他 ！ 世 人 算 甚 麼， 你 竟 顧 念 他 ！

LORD, what is man, that thou takest knowledge of him! or the son of man, that thou makest account of him!

人 好 像 一 口 氣 ； 他 的 年 日 如 同 影 兒 快 快 過 去。

Man is like to vanity: his days are as a shadow that passeth away.

耶 和 華 啊， 求 你 使 天 下 垂， 親 自 降 臨， 摸 山， 山 就 冒 煙。

Bow thy heavens, O LORD, and come down: touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.

求 你 發 出 閃 電， 使 他 們 四 散， 射 出 你 的 箭， 使 他 們 擾 亂。

Cast forth lightning, and scatter them: shoot out thine arrows, and destroy them.

求 你 從 上 伸 手 救 拔 我， 救 我 出 離 大 水， 救 我 脫 離 外 邦 人 的 手。

Send thine hand from above; rid me, and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of strange children;

他 們 的 口 說 謊 話 ； 他 們 的 右 手 起 假 誓。

Whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood.

神 啊， 我 要 向 你 唱 新 歌， 用 十 弦 瑟 向 你 歌 頌。

I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.

你 是 那 拯 救 君 王 的 ； 你 是 那 救 僕 人 大 衛 脫 離 害 命 之 刀 的。

It is he that giveth salvation unto kings: who delivereth David his servant from the hurtful sword.

求 你 救 拔 我， 救 我 脫 離 外 邦 人 的 手。 他 們 的 口 說 謊 話 ； 他 們 的 右 手 起 假 誓。

Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:

我 們 的 兒 子 從 幼 年 好 像 樹 栽 子 長 大 ； 我 們 的 女 兒 如 同 殿 角 石， 是 按 建 宮 的 樣 式 鑿 成 的。

That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace:

我 們 的 倉 盈 滿， 能 出 各 樣 的 糧 食 ； 我 們 的 羊 在 田 間 孳 生 千 萬。

That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets:

我 們 的 牛 馱 著 滿 馱， 沒 有 人 闖 進 來 搶 奪， 也 沒 有 人 出 去 爭 戰 ； 我 們 的 街 市 上 也 沒 有 哭 號 的 聲 音。

That our oxen may be strong to labour; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets.

遇 見 這 光 景 的 百 姓 便 為 有 福 ！ 有 耶 和 華 為 他 們 的 神， 這 百 姓 便 為 有 福 ！

Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.
