詩篇 第 143

（ 大 衛 的 詩。 ） 耶 和 華 啊， 求 你 聽 我 的 禱 告， 留 心 聽 我 的 懇 求， 憑 你 的 信 實 和 公 義 應 允 我。

Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.

求 你 不 要 審 問 僕 人 ； 因 為 在 你 面 前， 凡 活 著 的 人 沒 有 一 個 是 義 的。

And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.

原 來 仇 敵 逼 迫 我， 將 我 打 倒 在 地， 使 我 住 在 幽 暗 之 處， 像 死 了 許 久 的 人 一 樣。

For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.

所 以， 我 的 靈 在 我 裡 面 發 昏 ； 我 的 心 在 我 裡 面 悽 慘。

Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.

我 追 想 古 時 之 日， 思 想 你 的 一 切 作 為， 默 念 你 手 的 工 作。

I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.

我 向 你 舉 手 ； 我 的 心 渴 想 你， 如 乾 旱 之 地 盼 雨 一 樣。 （ 細 拉 ）

I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.

耶 和 華 啊， 求 你 速 速 應 允 我 ！ 我 心 神 耗 盡 ！ 不 要 向 我 掩 面， 免 得 我 像 那 些 下 坑 的 人 一 樣。

Hear me speedily, O LORD: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.

求 你 使 我 清 晨 得 聽 你 慈 愛 之 言， 因 我 倚 靠 你 ； 求 你 使 我 知 道 當 行 的 路， 因 我 的 心 仰 望 你。

Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.

耶 和 華 啊， 求 你 救 我 脫 離 我 的 仇 敵 ！ 我 往 你 那 裡 藏 身。

Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.

求 你 指 教 我 遵 行 你 的 旨 意， 因 你 是 我 的 神。 你 的 靈 本 為 善 ； 求 你 引 我 到 平 坦 之 地。

Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.

耶 和 華 啊， 求 你 為 你 的 名 將 我 救 活， 憑 你 的 公 義， 將 我 從 患 難 中 領 出 來，

Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name’s sake: for thy righteousness’ sake bring my soul out of trouble.

憑 你 的 慈 愛 剪 除 我 的 仇 敵， 滅 絕 一 切 苦 待 我 的 人， 因 我 是 你 的 僕 人。

And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.
