箴言 第 30

雅 基 的 兒 子 亞 古 珥 的 言 語 就 是 真 言。 這 人 對 以 鐵 和 烏 甲 說 ：
The words of Agur the son of Jakeh, even the prophecy: the man spake unto Ithiel, even unto Ithiel and Ucal,

這是亞古珥的話——一個誠實的告白，說明智慧始於謙卑。承認你所不知道的，打開了通往真正理解的大門。
我 比 眾 人 更 蠢 笨， 也 沒 有 人 的 聰 明。
Surely I am more brutish than any man, and have not the understanding of a man.

我是最無知的人；我沒有人的聰明。誠實面對自己的限制不是軟弱——它是智慧的開端。
我 沒 有 學 好 智 慧， 也 不 認 識 至 聖 者。
I neither learned wisdom, nor have the knowledge of the holy.
屬靈感悟
我沒有學得智慧，也不認識至聖者。最偉大的頭腦都承認他們對上帝還有多少要學的。
誰 升 天 又 降 下 來 ？ 誰 聚 風 在 掌 握 中 ？ 誰 包 水 在 衣 服 裡 ？ 誰 立 定 地 的 四 極 ？ 他 名 叫 甚 麼 ？ 他 兒 子 名 叫 甚 麼 ？ 你 知 道 嗎 ？
Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son’s name, if thou canst tell?
屬靈感悟
誰升過天又降下來？誰聚集風？誰包裹水？祂名叫什麼？祂兒子名叫什麼？上帝的奧秘邀請敬畏，而非驕傲。
神 的 言 語 句 句 都 是 煉 淨 的 ； 投 靠 他 的， 他 便 作 他 們 的 盾 牌。
Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
屬靈感悟
上帝的每一句話都純淨無瑕；祂是投靠祂之人的盾牌。聖經既是完美的真理，也是實用的保護。
他 的 言 語， 你 不 可 加 添， 恐 怕 他 責 備 你， 你 就 顯 為 說 謊 言 的。
Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
屬靈感悟
不要在祂的言語上加添什麼，恐怕祂責備你，你就顯為說謊言的。在上帝真理面前的謙卑意味著抵制去完善已經完美之物的衝動。
我 求 你 兩 件 事， 在 我 未 死 之 先， 不 要 不 賜 給 我 ：
Two things have I required of thee; deny me them not before I die:
屬靈感悟
我有兩件事求你——在我死之前不要拒絕我。一個簡單的禱告，來自一個知道什麼才真正重要的人。
求 你 使 虛 假 和 謊 言 遠 離 我 ； 使 我 也 不 貧 窮 也 不 富 足 ； 賜 給 我 需 用 的 飲 食，
Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me:
屬靈感悟
使虛假和謊言遠離我；使我也不貧窮也不富足，賜給我需用的飲食。滿足的甜蜜地帶存在於太少和太多之間。
恐 怕 我 飽 足 不 認 你， 說 ： 耶 和 華 是 誰 呢 ？ 又 恐 怕 我 貧 窮 就 偷 竊， 以 致 褻 瀆 我 神 的 名。
Lest I be full, and deny thee, and say, Who is the LORD? or lest I be poor, and steal, and take the name of my God in vain.
屬靈感悟
免得我飽足就不認你，或者貧窮就偷竊，褻瀆你的名。兩個極端都帶著屬靈的危險——知足保護靈魂。
你 不 要 向 主 人 讒 謗 僕 人， 恐 怕 他 咒 詛 你， 你 便 算 為 有 罪。
Accuse not a servant unto his master, lest he curse thee, and thou be found guilty.
屬靈感悟
不要在主人面前誹謗僕人，免得他咒詛你，你便擔當罪過。損害別人生計的言語帶著你意想不到的後果。
有 一 宗 人 （ 宗 ： 原 文 是 代 ； 下 同 ）， 咒 詛 父 親， 不 給 母 親 祝 福。
There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother.
屬靈感悟
有些人咒罵自己的父母，也不祝福他們。對賜你生命之人的不敬，揭示了一種深層的破碎。
有 一 宗 人， 自 以 為 清 潔， 卻 沒 有 洗 去 自 己 的 污 穢。
There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness.
屬靈感悟
有些人自己眼中看為清潔，卻沒有洗去自己的污穢。對自身潔淨的自欺也許是最危險的盲目。
有 一 宗 人， 眼 目 何 其 高 傲， 眼 皮 也 是 高 舉。
There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up.
屬靈感悟
有些人——他們的眼目何等高傲，他們的眼皮何等高舉！驕傲在一個字說出之前就自行宣告了。
有 一 宗 人， 牙 如 劍， 齒 如 刀， 要 吞 滅 地 上 的 困 苦 人 和 世 間 的 窮 乏 人。
There is a generation, whose teeth are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives, to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men.
屬靈感悟
有些人牙齒如劍，齶骨如刀，要從地上吞滅窮人。對弱者的殘忍是最嚴重的罪之一。
螞 蟥 有 兩 個 女 兒， 常 說 ： 給 呀， 給 呀 ！ 有 三 樣 不 知 足 的， 連 不 說 夠 的 共 有 四 樣 ：
The horseleach hath two daughters, crying, Give, give. There are three things that are never satisfied, yea, four things say not, It is enough:
屬靈感悟
水蛭有兩個女兒：『給！給！』有三樣東西永不滿足，四樣不說『夠了！』貪婪是一個有無盡食慾的生物。
就 是 陰 間 和 石 胎， 浸 水 不 足 的 地， 並 火。
The grave; and the barren womb; the earth that is not filled with water; and the fire that saith not, It is enough.
屬靈感悟
陰間、不生育的胎、永不滿足的地、和不說「夠了」的火！受造之物中有些東西映照出慾望不知足的本性。
戲 笑 父 親 、 藐 視 而 不 聽 從 母 親 的， 他 的 眼 睛 必 為 谷 中 的 烏 鴉 啄 出 來， 為 鷹 雛 所 吃。
The eye that mocketh at his father, and despiseth to obey his mother, the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, and the young eagles shall eat it.
屬靈感悟
嘲笑父親、輕看教訓的眼睛，將被烏鴉啄出。對父母權威的蔑視帶著既確定又可怕的後果。
我 所 測 不 透 的 奇 妙 有 三 樣， 連 我 所 不 知 道 的 共 有 四 樣 ：
There be three things which are too wonderful for me, yea, four which I know not:
屬靈感悟
有三樣東西對我來說太奇妙了，四樣是我所不明白的。驚嘆和奧秘在最智慧的心中仍有一席之地。
就 是 鷹 在 空 中 飛 的 道 ； 蛇 在 磐 石 上 爬 的 道 ； 船 在 海 中 行 的 道 ； 男 與 女 交 合 的 道。
The way of an eagle in the air; the way of a serpent upon a rock; the way of a ship in the midst of the sea; and the way of a man with a maid.
屬靈感悟
鷹在天空飛翔之道、蛇在磐石上爬行之道、船在海中航行之道、和男人與女人相愛之道。有些事物帶著一種無法解釋的美和奧秘。
淫 婦 的 道 也 是 這 樣 ： 他 吃 了， 把 嘴 一 擦 就 說 ： 我 沒 有 行 惡。
Such is the way of an adulterous woman; she eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness.
屬靈感悟
淫婦的道路是這樣的：她吃了擦擦嘴就說「我沒有做錯什麼。」有些罪使良心完全麻木，以至於罪惡感完全消失。
使 地 震 動 的 有 三 樣， 連 地 擔 不 起 的 共 有 四 樣 ：
For three things the earth is disquieted, and for four which it cannot bear:

有三樣東西使地顫抖，有四樣是地不能承擔的。有些顛倒的境況使受造之物本身都退縮。
就 是 僕 人 作 王 ； 愚 頑 人 吃 飽 ；
For a servant when he reigneth; and a fool when he is filled with meat;
屬靈感悟
僕人作了王、愚昧人吃飽了飯、不被愛的女子出嫁、和使女頂替了主母。沒有預備的權力是災難的配方。
醜 惡 的 女 子 出 嫁 ； 婢 女 接 續 主 母。
For an odious woman when she is married; and an handmaid that is heir to her mistress.
屬靈感悟
不被愛的女子出嫁、使女頂替了主母——當角色未經準備就逆轉時，所有人都受苦。
地 上 有 四 樣 小 物， 卻 甚 聰 明 ：
There be four things which are little upon the earth, but they are exceeding wise:

地上有四樣小東西，卻極其聰明。大小和重要性並不總是相關的——最小的受造物往往帶著最深的功課。
螞 蟻 是 無 力 之 類， 卻 在 夏 天 預 備 糧 食。
The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer;
屬靈感悟
螞蟻是力量微小的生物，卻在夏天預備食物。預備是智慧最實用的形式。
沙 番 是 軟 弱 之 類， 卻 在 磐 石 中 造 房。
The conies are but a feeble folk, yet make they their houses in the rocks;

沙番是軟弱的，卻在磐石中造 homes。即使是弱者，只要明智地選擇避難所，也能找到安全。
蝗 蟲 沒 有 君 王， 卻 分 隊 而 出。
The locusts have no king, yet go they forth all of them by bands;

蝗蟲沒有王，卻列隊前行。合作和共同的目標能比個人的力量成就更多。
守 宮 用 爪 抓 牆， 卻 住 在 王 宮。
The spider taketh hold with her hands, and is in kings’ palaces.

蜥蜴可以用手抓，卻能在王宮中找到。堅持和適應力能打開單靠力量無法打開的門。
步 行 威 武 的 有 三 樣， 連 行 走 威 武 的 共 有 四 樣 ：
There be three things which go well, yea, four are comely in going:
屬靈感悟
有三樣東西步履威嚴，四樣行走優雅。自信的行動有某種贏得尊重的特質。
就 是 獅 子 ─ 乃 百 獸 中 最 為 猛 烈 、 無 所 躲 避 的，
A lion which is strongest among beasts, and turneth not away for any;
屬靈感悟
獅子是百獸中最強的，在任何面前都不退縮。真正的勇氣不是沒有恐懼——而是拒絕退縮。
獵 狗， 公 山 羊， 和 無 人 能 敵 的 君 王。
A greyhound; an he goat also; and a king, against whom there is no rising up.
屬靈感悟
昂首闊步的公雞、公山羊、和率領軍隊的君王。從正當權柄而生的自信帶著一種引人注目的氣質。
你 若 行 事 愚 頑， 自 高 自 傲， 或 是 懷 了 惡 念， 就 當 用 手 摀 口。
If thou hast done foolishly in lifting up thyself, or if thou hast thought evil, lay thine hand upon thy mouth.
屬靈感悟
如果你因自高或圖謀邪惡而做了愚昧人，就用手捂住自己的口。有時候最好的智慧就是停止說話。
搖 牛 奶 必 成 奶 油 ； 扭 鼻 子 必 出 血。 照 樣， 激 動 怒 氣 必 起 爭 端。
Surely the churning of milk bringeth forth butter, and the wringing of the nose bringeth forth blood: so the forcing of wrath bringeth forth strife.
屬靈感悟
如攪動奶油必出奶油，扭鼻子必出血，激動怒氣也必產生爭端。行動有自然的後果——攪動爭端保證了衝突。
