回 答 柔 和， 使 怒 消 退 ； 言 語 暴 戾， 觸 動 怒 氣。
A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.

一句溫柔、和緩的回答能化解最激烈的爭論。但刺耳的話語卻是往憤怒的火焰上澆汽油。
智 慧 人 的 舌 善 發 知 識 ； 愚 昧 人 的 口 吐 出 愚 昧。
The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness.
屬靈感悟
有智慧的人以優雅和恰當的時機運用知識。愚昧人卻不加過濾地傾倒出無知的言語。
耶 和 華 的 眼 目 無 處 不 在 ； 惡 人 善 人， 他 都 鑒 察。
The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.
屬靈感悟
上帝的眼目無處不在——無論善惡，沒有什麼能逃過祂的注意。這既是安慰，也是值得銘記的警醒。
溫 良 的 舌 是 生 命 樹 ； 乖 謬 的 嘴 使 人 心 碎。
A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit.
屬靈感悟
帶來醫治的話語對聽見的人如同生命樹。但乖謬的舌頭卻能破碎心靈，擊碎脆弱的一切。
愚 妄 人 藐 視 父 親 的 管 教 ； 領 受 責 備 的， 得 著 見 識。
A fool despiseth his father’s instruction: but he that regardeth reproof is prudent.
屬靈感悟
只有愚昧人才會拒絕父母出於愛的教導。歡迎糾正的人已經展現出智慧的跡象。
義 人 家 中 多 有 財 寶 ； 惡 人 得 利 反 受 擾 害。
In the house of the righteous is much treasure: but in the revenues of the wicked is trouble.

義人的家是富足的——不一定是金錢上的，而是真正重要的方面。惡人的收入總是與麻煩糾纏在一起。
智 慧 人 的 嘴 播 揚 知 識 ； 愚 昧 人 的 心 並 不 如 此。
The lips of the wise disperse knowledge: but the heart of the foolish doeth not so.

智慧的嘴唇走到哪裡都慷慨地播撒知識。不幸的是，愚昧人的心產生不了任何值得分享的東西。
惡 人 獻 祭， 為 耶 和 華 所 憎 惡 ； 正 直 人 祈 禱， 為 他 所 喜 悅。
The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.
屬靈感悟
即使最精心準備的祭物，如果背後的心是邪惡的，對上帝來說也毫無意義。但正直人簡單、真誠的禱告卻能帶給祂真正的喜悅。
惡 人 的 道 路， 為 耶 和 華 所 憎 惡 ； 追 求 公 義 的， 為 他 所 喜 愛。
The way of the wicked is an abomination unto the LORD: but he loveth him that followeth after righteousness.
屬靈感悟
上帝深覺惡人的道路令人厭惡。但祂真心愛那些全心全意追求公義的人。
捨 棄 正 路 的， 必 受 嚴 刑 ； 恨 惡 責 備 的， 必 致 死 亡。
Correction is grievous unto him that forsaketh the way: and he that hateth reproof shall die.

對已經離棄正道的人來說，糾正是難以忍受的。拒絕責備不是自由——它通向死亡。
陰 間 和 滅 亡 尚 在 耶 和 華 眼 前， 何 況 世 人 的 心 呢 ？
Hell and destruction are before the LORD: how much more then the hearts of the children of men?

如果上帝能看透地獄和陰間的深處，祂豈不更能看透你的心？沒有什麼能在祂的注視下隱藏。
褻 慢 人 不 愛 受 責 備 ； 他 也 不 就 近 智 慧 人。
A scorner loveth not one that reproveth him: neither will he go unto the wise.

傲慢的人對被糾正毫無興趣，並完全避開有智慧的人。停留在錯誤的舒適區比面對真相更容易。
心 中 喜 樂， 面 帶 笑 容 ； 心 裡 憂 愁， 靈 被 損 傷。
A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.

喜樂的心照亮你整張臉——每個人都看得見。但內心的憂傷壓垮靈魂，使你的一切都變得黯淡。
聰 明 人 心 求 知 識 ； 愚 昧 人 口 吃 愚 昧。
The heart of him that hath understanding seeketh knowledge: but the mouth of fools feedeth on foolishness.

有悟性的心總是渴望更多的知識。然而愚昧人的口卻以愚昧為食，彷彿那是養分。
困 苦 人 的 日 子 都 是 愁 苦 ； 心 中 歡 暢 的， 常 享 豐 筵。
All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.
屬靈感悟
對受苦的人來說，每一天都沉重而艱難。但心中有喜樂的人，即使在平凡的時刻也能找到慶祝的理由。
少 有 財 寶， 敬 畏 耶 和 華， 強 如 多 有 財 寶， 煩 亂 不 安。
Better is little with the fear of the LORD than great treasure and trouble therewith.
屬靈感悟
擁有不多卻活在敬畏上帝之中，遠勝於擁有巨額財富卻伴隨著無盡的煩惱。平安勝過繁華。
吃 素 菜， 彼 此 相 愛， 強 如 吃 肥 牛， 彼 此 相 恨。
Better is a dinner of herbs where love is, than a stalled ox and hatred therewith.
屬靈感悟
在愛中分享的簡單一餐，勝過在仇恨中端上的豐盛宴席。愛能將最簡陋的餐桌變成一場盛宴。
暴 怒 的 人 挑 啟 爭 端 ； 忍 怒 的 人 止 息 紛 爭。
A wrathful man stirreth up strife: but he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife.

脾氣暴躁的人走到哪裡都引發衝突。而不輕易發怒的人卻能平息爭端，帶來和平。
懶 惰 人 的 道 像 荊 棘 的 籬 笆 ； 正 直 人 的 路 是 平 坦 的 大 道。
The way of the slothful man is as an hedge of thorns: but the way of the righteous is made plain.
屬靈感悟
懶惰人的路感覺長滿了荊棘——一切都困難重重。但正直人的路卻是暢通的、筆直的，如同一條大道。
智 慧 子 使 父 親 喜 樂 ； 愚 昧 人 藐 視 母 親。
A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish man despiseth his mother.
屬靈感悟
一個有智慧的孩子是給父親活生生的喜樂禮物。但輕蔑母親的人所背負的愚昧，傷害的不只是自己。
無 知 的 人 以 愚 妄 為 樂 ； 聰 明 的 人 按 正 直 而 行。
Folly is joy to him that is destitute of wisdom: but a man of understanding walketh uprightly.
屬靈感悟
對缺乏見識的人來說，愚昧感覺很有趣。但智慧人的喜樂在於走一條正直的路。
不 先 商 議， 所 謀 無 效 ； 謀 士 眾 多， 所 謀 乃 成。
Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellors they are established.

孤立制定的計劃注定失敗。但當你引入一群智慧的顧問時，你的目標就變得堅實而可達成。
口 善 應 對， 自 覺 喜 樂 ； 話 合 其 時， 何 等 美 好。
A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!

在正確的時刻給出正確的回答，會帶來真正的喜樂。一句適時的話是生命中最簡單卻最有力的禮物之一。
智 慧 人 從 生 命 的 道 上 升， 使 他 遠 離 在 下 的 陰 間。
The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath.

智者將自己的航向設定為向上、朝向生命，刻意避開毁滅的向下拉力。
耶 和 華 必 拆 毀 驕 傲 人 的 家， 卻 要 立 定 寡 婦 的 地 界。
The LORD will destroy the house of the proud: but he will establish the border of the widow.
屬靈感悟
上帝親自拆毁傲慢者的房屋。但祂親自建立和保護寡婦的疆界——這是祂公義的美好圖畫。
惡 謀 為 耶 和 華 所 憎 惡 ； 良 言 乃 為 純 淨。
The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to the LORD: but the words of the pure are pleasant words.
屬靈感悟
惡人的思想本身就是上帝所厭惡的。但純潔之心的言語對祂來說如同芬芳的香氣。
貪 戀 財 利 的， 擾 害 己 家 ； 恨 惡 賄 賂 的， 必 得 存 活。
He that is greedy of gain troubleth his own house; but he that hateth gifts shall live.
屬靈感悟
貪婪會把麻煩如雨般傾倒在你的家庭上。但拒絕賄賂、保持清潔的人找到了真正的生命。
義 人 的 心， 思 量 如 何 回 答 ； 惡 人 的 口 吐 出 惡 言。
The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.
屬靈感悟
義人在開口前仔細思考——他們研究如何好好回答。惡人卻不加約束地讓邪惡的思想傾瀉而出。
耶 和 華 遠 離 惡 人， 卻 聽 義 人 的 禱 告。
The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.
屬靈感悟
上帝遠離惡人——不是因為祂不在乎，而是因為他們已經轉離了。但祂專心傾聽義人的每一個禱告。
眼 有 光， 使 心 喜 樂 ； 好 信 息， 使 骨 滋 潤。
The light of the eyes rejoiceth the heart: and a good report maketh the bones fat.
屬靈感悟
明亮、愉快的眼神能帶來心中的喜樂，好消息能使你煥然一新直到骨髓。不要低估積極存在的力量。
聽 從 生 命 責 備 的， 必 常 在 智 慧 人 中。
The ear that heareth the reproof of life abideth among the wise.
屬靈感悟
如果你願意聆聽賜生命的糾正，你會發現自己置身於智者之中。那份開放是通往成長的大門。
棄 絕 管 教 的， 輕 看 自 己 的 生 命 ； 聽 從 責 備 的， 卻 得 智 慧。
He that refuseth instruction despiseth his own soul: but he that heareth reproof getteth understanding.
屬靈感悟
拒絕教導本質上就是拒絕自己——你自己的成長和福祉。接受責備雖然不舒服，卻能引向真正的理解。
敬 畏 耶 和 華 是 智 慧 的 訓 誨 ； 尊 榮 以 前， 必 有 謙 卑。
The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility.
屬靈感悟
真正的智慧始於敬畏上帝。而在尊榮到來之前，謙卑必須先到——這是一切美好事物的必要預備。
