Revelation 第 12

KJV — King James Version · 17

1

And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

Spiritual Insight

A woman clothed with the sun, crowned with stars—what a breathtaking vision of glory and purpose. God paints His plans in beauty, even in the midst of cosmic conflict. You are part of a story far grander than you can imagine.

2

And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

Spiritual Insight

Pain before birth, struggle before new life—this is the rhythm of God's kingdom. Even in your deepest travail, something beautiful is being brought forth. Trust the process; the pain has a purpose.

3

And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

Spiritual Insight

The red dragon with seven heads and ten crowns is terrifying, yet notice—he is already defeated in the story. Every fierce opponent you face is already overcome by the One who holds the ending.

4

And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

Spiritual Insight

The dragon sweeps down a third of the stars—such destructive ambition. Yet even this chaos cannot prevent the child from being born. No scheme of the enemy can stop what God has purposed for your life.

5

And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

Spiritual Insight

The man child born to rule is caught up to God's throne—protected and exalted. When you feel small against overwhelming forces, remember: your destiny is held securely in God's hands.

6

And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Spiritual Insight

The woman flees to a wilderness place prepared by God—sometimes retreat is not defeat but divine provision. God prepares places of refuge we never expected. In your wilderness season, look for His prepared table.

7

And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

Spiritual Insight

War broke out in heaven—Michael and his angels fighting the dragon. There are battles being fought in realms you cannot see, and the outcome is already decided. You are not alone in your struggles.

8

And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

Spiritual Insight

The dragon lost, and there was no longer a place for him in heaven. Evil may rage, but it will never again have a home in God's presence. That truth should bring you deep comfort today.

9

And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Spiritual Insight

The old serpent, deceiver of the whole world, is cast down. His power is in lies, but the truth always wins in the end. Cling to what is true; it is your strongest weapon.

10

And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Spiritual Insight

A loud voice declares: salvation has come! The accuser is cast down—he who harassed God's people day and night. When you hear that inner voice of condemnation, remember: the Accuser has already been thrown down.

11

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Spiritual Insight

They overcame by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony. Your story matters—what God has done in your life is powerful. Don't shrink back from sharing it; someone needs to hear your witness.

12

Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

Spiritual Insight

Rejoice, heavens! But woe to earth—the devil comes in fury, knowing his time is short. When evil intensifies around you, it may actually be a sign that its end is near. Hold on; dawn is coming.

13

And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

Spiritual Insight

The dragon persecutes the woman—the enemy targets those who bear God's promise. If you're under attack, it may be because you carry something precious. You are a target because you are valued.

14

And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

Spiritual Insight

Two wings of a great eagle carry the woman to safety. God doesn't always remove the threat, but He always provides escape and nourishment. Look for the wings He's offering you right now.

15

And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

Spiritual Insight

The serpent spews a flood to sweep the woman away—overwhelming forces aimed at destruction. But floods are no match for the One who calms the seas. Your overwhelm is an opportunity for God's rescue.

16

And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

Spiritual Insight

The earth itself opens to swallow the flood—creation itself defends God's people. God will use unexpected means to protect you. Sometimes help comes from the most surprising places.

17

And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Spiritual Insight

The dragon makes war against the remnant—those who keep God's commands and hold to Jesus' testimony. Standing firm in faith puts you in the crosshairs, but it also puts you in the company of the faithful. You are not alone.
