逾 越 節 以 前， 耶 穌 知 道 自 己 離 世 歸 父 的 時 候 到 了。 他 既 然 愛 世 間 屬 自 己 的 人， 就 愛 他 們 到 底。
Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.
屬靈感悟
耶穌知道他的時候到了，他愛屬自己的人，就愛他們到底。十字架不是他愛的終點——而是他愛最完全的表達。
吃 晚 飯 的 時 候， 魔 鬼 已 將 賣 耶 穌 的 意 思 放 在 西 門 的 兒 子 加 略 人 猶 大 心 裡。
And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him;
屬靈感悟
魔鬼已經把出賣耶穌的念頭放在猶大心裡。歷史上最黑暗的行動即將上演，而耶穌全都知道。
耶 穌 知 道 父 已 將 萬 有 交 在 他 手 裡， 且 知 道 自 己 是 從 神 出 來 的， 又 要 歸 到 神 那 裡 去，
Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he was come from God, and went to God;
屬靈感悟
耶穌知道父已將萬有交在他手裡，他從神出來，又要歸到神那裡。這是他謙卑的根基——穩固的身份。
就 離 席 站 起 來， 脫 了 衣 服， 拿 一 條 手 巾 束 腰，
He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself.
屬靈感悟
他起來，脫了外衣，拿一條手巾束腰。萬物的創造者選擇了僕人的姿態。
隨 後 把 水 倒 在 盆 裡， 就 洗 門 徒 的 腳， 並 用 自 己 所 束 的 手 巾 擦 乾。
After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded.
屬靈感悟
他倒水在盆裡，開始洗門徒的腳。那造了海洋的，現在跪下來洗滿是灰塵的腳趾。那就是行動中的愛。
挨 到 西 門 彼 得， 彼 得 對 他 說 ： 主 阿， 你 洗 我 的 腳 麼 ？
Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet?
屬靈感悟
彼得的反應太能引起共鳴了：「主啊，你洗我的腳嗎？」當我們尊敬的人服事我們時，感覺很不對——但這正是重點。
耶 穌 回 答 說 ： 我 所 做 的， 你 如 今 不 知 道， 後 來 必 明 白。
Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.
屬靈感悟
「你現在不知道，但以後會明白的。」耶穌有多少次這樣對我們說？我們不需要此刻就明白一切——只要信。
彼 得 說 ： 你 永 不 可 洗 我 的 腳 ！ 耶 穌 說 ： 我 若 不 洗 你， 你 就 與 我 無 分 了。
Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.
屬靈感悟
「我若不洗你，你就與我無分了。」彼得要的就是全部或全部——而耶穌說得很清楚：接受他的恩典不是可有可無的。
西 門 彼 得 說 ： 主 阿， 不 但 我 的 腳， 連 手 和 頭 也 要 洗。
Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.
屬靈感悟
彼得從拒絕搖擺到完全降服：「那就連手帶頭都洗吧！」這是一顆終於明白了的心那種美麗的極端。
耶 穌 說 ： 凡 洗 過 澡 的 人， 只 要 把 腳 一 洗， 全 身 就 乾 淨 了。 你 們 是 乾 淨 的， 然 而 不 都 是 乾 淨 的。
Jesus saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.
屬靈感悟
洗過澡的人只需要洗腳。耶穌承認他們是乾淨的——除了一個人。即使在恩典的餐桌上，背叛也在場。
耶 穌 原 知 道 要 賣 他 的 是 誰， 所 以 說 ： 你 們 不 都 是 乾 淨 的。
For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.
屬靈感悟
耶穌知道誰會出賣他。他帶著完全的預知洗了猶大的腳。那是無條件的愛。
耶 穌 洗 完 了 他 們 的 腳， 就 穿 上 衣 服， 又 坐 下， 對 他 們 說 ： 我 向 你 們 所 做 的， 你 們 明 白 麼 ？
So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you?
屬靈感悟
洗完腳後，他坐下來問：「你們明白我對你們所做的嗎？」先行動，後解釋。經歷先於理論。
你 們 稱 呼 我 夫 子， 稱 呼 我 主， 你 們 說 的 不 錯， 我 本 來 是。
Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
屬靈感悟
他承認自己的稱號——夫子和主——沒有否認。真正的主權是以服事來表達的，不是以支配。
我 是 你 們 的 主， 你 們 的 夫 子， 尚 且 洗 你 們 的 腳， 你 們 也 當 彼 此 洗 腳。
If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.
屬靈感悟
既然主洗了他們的腳，他們也當彼此洗腳。在神的國度裡，領導的標準是用毛巾來衡量的，不是用寶座。
我 給 你 們 做 了 榜 樣， 叫 你 們 照 著 我 向 你 們 所 做 的 去 做。
For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.
屬靈感悟
他給了他們一個榜樣去效法。不是建議——是榜樣。基督教是藉著觀察和實踐來學習的，不只是聽。
我 實 實 在 在 的 告 訴 你 們， 僕 人 不 能 大 於 主 人， 差 人 也 不 能 大 於 差 他 的 人。
Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
屬靈感悟
僕人不能大於主人。如果主人都服事了，僕人也當服事。如果主人都洗腳了，我們也應該如此。沒有例外。
你 們 既 知 道 這 事， 若 是 去 行 就 有 福 了。
If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.
屬靈感悟
知道這些還不夠——福氣來自實行出來。沒有行動的知識只是資訊。實踐出來的愛才是轉化。
我 這 話 不 是 指 著 你 們 眾 人 說 的， 我 知 道 我 所 揀 選 的 是 誰。 現 在 要 應 驗 經 上 的 話， 說 ： 同 我 吃 飯 的 人 用 腳 踢 我。
I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.
屬靈感悟
耶穌不是在說他們所有的人——他知道他選了誰。即使在被揀選的人中，背叛也應驗了聖經。計劃從未脫軌。
如 今 事 情 還 沒 有 成 就， 我 要 先 告 訴 你 們， 叫 你 們 到 事 情 成 就 的 時 候 可 以 信 我 是 基 督。
Now I tell you before it come, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that I am he.

他在事情發生之前先告訴他們，好讓發生的時候他們可以相信。預先告知建立信心——神的預測從不落空。
我 實 實 在 在 的 告 訴 你 們， 有 人 接 待 我 所 差 遣 的， 就 是 接 待 我 ； 接 待 我， 就 是 接 待 那 差 遣 我 的。
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
屬靈感悟
接待耶穌所差遣的就是接待耶穌，接待耶穌的就是接待父。這是一條不斷裂的歡迎和歸屬的鏈條。
耶 穌 說 了 這 話， 心 裡 憂 愁， 就 明 說 ： 我 實 實 在 在 的 告 訴 你 們， 你 們 中 間 有 一 個 人 要 賣 我 了。
When Jesus had thus said, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.
屬靈感悟
耶穌說到背叛時心裡憂愁。這讓他悲痛——不是因為意外，而是因為他愛猶大。
門 徒 彼 此 對 看， 猜 不 透 所 說 的 是 誰。
Then the disciples looked one on another, doubting of whom he spake.
屬靈感悟
門徒面面相覷，滿心困惑。沒有人懷疑猶大。背叛往往來自你最意想不到的地方。
有 一 個 門 徒， 是 耶 穌 所 愛 的， 側 身 挨 近 耶 穌 的 懷 裡。
Now there was leaning on Jesus’ bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved.
屬靈感悟
有一個門徒側身挨近耶穌的懷裡——耶穌所愛的那門徒。在背叛正在醞釀的時刻，仍然有親密的同桌。耶穌總是靠近，尤其是在黑暗的時刻。
西 門 彼 得 點 頭 對 他 說 ： 你 告 訴 我 們， 主 是 指 著 誰 說 的。
Simon Peter therefore beckoned to him, that he should ask who it should be of whom he spake.
屬靈感悟
彼得向耶穌所愛的門徒示意，問到底是誰。即使在朋友之間，也有一個信任和好奇的網絡在試圖理解。
那 門 徒 便 就 勢 靠 著 耶 穌 的 胸 膛， 問 他 說 ： 主 阿， 是 誰 呢 ？
He then lying on Jesus’ breast saith unto him, Lord, who is it?
屬靈感悟
他靠在耶穌胸前問：「主啊，是誰呢？」如此親近，如此直接。當你離耶穌夠近，你可以問最難的問題。
耶 穌 回 答 說 ： 我 蘸 一 點 餅 給 誰， 就 是 誰。 耶 穌 就 蘸 了 一 點 餅， 遞 給 加 略 人 西 門 的 兒 子 猶 大。
Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
屬靈感悟
耶穌輕聲回答：就是接受我蘸了餅給他的那個人。然後他把餅遞給了猶大。即使在揭穿背叛時，仍然有一個尊重的動作。
他 吃 了 以 後， 撒 但 就 入 了 他 的 心。 耶 穌 便 對 他 說 ： 你 所 做 的， 快 做 罷 ！
And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly.
屬靈感悟
猶大一接過餅，撒但就入了他的心。選擇的時刻已經完成。耶穌只說：「你要做的，快做吧。」
同 席 的 人 沒 有 一 個 知 道 是 為 甚 麼 對 他 說 這 話。
Now no man at the table knew for what intent he spake this unto him.
屬靈感悟
桌旁沒有人明白耶穌為什麼那樣說。他們仍在黑暗中，即使黑暗就坐在他們旁邊。
有 人 因 猶 大 帶 著 錢 囊， 以 為 耶 穌 是 對 他 說 ： 你 去 買 我 們 過 節 所 應 用 的 東 西， 或 是 叫 他 拿 甚 麼 賙 濟 窮 人。
For some of them thought, because Judas had the bag, that Jesus had said unto him, Buy those things that we have need of against the feast; or, that he should give something to the poor.
屬靈感悟
他們以為猶大去買節期需用的東西或是賙濟窮人——合理的解釋卻錯過了可怕的真相。不是每件事都如表面所見。
猶 大 受 了 那 點 餅， 立 刻 就 出 去。 那 時 候 是 夜 間 了。
He then having received the sop went immediately out: and it was night.
屬靈感悟
猶大出去了，那時候是夜間。最不祥的一句話——不只是說一天中的時間，而是描述一個靈魂離開光之後的狀態。
他 既 出 去， 耶 穌 就 說 ： 如 今 人 子 得 了 榮 耀， 神 在 人 子 身 上 也 得 了 榮 耀。
Therefore, when he was gone out, Jesus said, Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him.
屬靈感悟
猶大出去後，耶穌說：「如今人子得了榮耀。」背叛成了得榮耀的觸發點。連邪惡也為神的目的效力。
神 要 因 自 己 榮 耀 人 子， 並 且 要 快 快 的 榮 耀 他。
If God be glorified in him, God shall also glorify him in himself, and shall straightway glorify him.
屬靈感悟
神在人子身上得了榮耀，也要在自己身上榮耀他——而且是立刻。十字架和榮耀是不可分割的；一個直接導向另一個。
小 子 們， 我 還 有 不 多 的 時 候 與 你 們 同 在 ； 後 來 你 們 要 找 我， 但 我 所 去 的 地 方 你 們 不 能 到。 這 話 我 曾 對 猶 太 人 說 過， 如 今 也 照 樣 對 你 們 說。
Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye shall seek me: and as I said unto the Jews, Whither I go, ye cannot come; so now I say to you.
屬靈感悟
「我的孩子們」——多麼溫柔的稱呼。他告訴他們他要走了，他們現在還不能跟隨。帶著愛說出的告別最為艱難。
我 賜 給 你 們 一 條 新 命 令， 乃 是 叫 你 們 彼 此 相 愛 ； 我 怎 樣 愛 你 們， 你 們 也 要 怎 樣 相 愛。
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
屬靈感悟
一條新命令：你們要彼此相愛，如同我愛你們。不是建議，不是好主意——是一條命令。標準就是他自己的愛。
你 們 若 有 彼 此 相 愛 的 心， 眾 人 因 此 就 認 出 你 們 是 我 的 門 徒 了。
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
屬靈感悟
世人會因為你們彼此相愛而認出你們是他的門徒。不是因為你的神學、你的建築、或你的節目——而是因為你的愛。
西 門 彼 得 問 耶 穌 說 ： 主 往 那 裡 去 ？ 耶 穌 回 答 說 ： 我 所 去 的 地 方， 你 現 在 不 能 跟 我 去， 後 來 卻 要 跟 我 去。
Simon Peter said unto him, Lord, whither goest thou? Jesus answered him, Whither I go, thou canst not follow me now; but thou shalt follow me afterwards.
屬靈感悟
彼得問耶穌要去哪裡。耶穌溫柔地回答：你現在不能跟我去，但以後會的。連我們的急躁也得到耐心的回應。
彼 得 說 ： 主 阿， 我 為 甚 麼 現 在 不 能 跟 你 去 ？ 我 願 意 為 你 捨 命 ！
Peter said unto him, Lord, why cannot I follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thy sake.
屬靈感悟
彼得宣告他願意為耶穌捨命。意圖是真誠的，即使後來做不到。耶穌尊重真誠，也不忽視現實。
耶 穌 說 ： 你 願 意 為 我 捨 命 麼 ？ 我 實 實 在 在 的 告 訴 你， 雞 叫 以 先， 你 要 三 次 不 認 我。
Jesus answered him, Wilt thou lay down thy life for my sake? Verily, verily, I say unto thee, The cock shall not crow, till thou hast denied me thrice.
屬靈感悟
「你真的願意為我捨命嗎？雞叫之前，你會三次不認我。」耶穌比我們更認識我們自己——而他仍然愛我們。
