Kenan, Mahalaleel, Jered,

雅 列 生 以 諾 ； 以 諾 生 瑪 土 撒 拉 ； 瑪 土 撒 拉 生 拉 麥 ；

Henoch, Methuselah, Lamech,

拉 麥 生 挪 亞 ； 挪 亞 生 閃 、 含 、 雅 弗。

Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

雅 弗 的 兒 子 是 歌 篾 、 瑪 各 、 瑪 代 、 雅 完 、 土 巴 、 米 設 、 提 拉。

The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.

歌 篾 的 兒 子 是 亞 實 基 拿 、 低 法 ( 創 十 章 三 節 作 利 法 ) 、 陀 迦 瑪。

And the sons of Gomer; Ashchenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.

雅 完 的 兒 子 是 以 利 沙 、 他 施 、 基 提 、 多 單 ( 有 作 羅 單 的 )。

And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.

含 的 兒 子 是 古 實 、 麥 西 、 弗 、 迦 南。

The sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.

古 實 的 兒 子 是 西 巴 、 哈 腓 拉 、 撒 弗 他 、 拉 瑪 、 撒 弗 提 迦。 拉 瑪 的 兒 子 是 示 巴 、 底 但。

And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabta, and Raamah, and Sabtecha. And the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.

古 實 生 寧 錄 ； 他 為 世 上 英 雄 之 首。

And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be mighty upon the earth.

麥 西 生 路 低 人 、 亞 拿 米 人 、 利 哈 比 人 、 拿 弗 土 希 人 、

And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,

帕 斯 魯 細 人 、 迦 斯 路 希 人 、 迦 斐 託 人 ； 從 迦 斐 託 出 來 的 有 非 利 士 人。

And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (of whom came the Philistines,) and Caphthorim.

迦 南 生 長 子 西 頓， 又 生 赫

And Canaan begat Zidon his firstborn, and Heth,

和 耶 布 斯 人 、 亞 摩 利 人 、 革 迦 撒 人 、

The Jebusite also, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,

希 未 人 、 亞 基 人 、 西 尼 人 、

And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,

亞 瓦 底 人 、 洗 瑪 利 人， 並 哈 馬 人。

And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.

閃 的 兒 子 是 以 攔 、 亞 述 、 亞 法 撒 、 路 德 、 亞 蘭 、 烏 斯 、 戶 勒 、 基 帖 、 米 設 ( 創 十23 作 瑪 施 )。

The sons of Shem; Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram, and Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech.

亞 法 撒 生 沙 拉 ； 沙 拉 生 希 伯。

And Arphaxad begat Shelah, and Shelah begat Eber.

希 伯 生 了 兩 個 兒 子 ： 一 個 名 叫 法 勒 ( 就 是 分 的 意 思 )， 因 為 那 時 人 就 分 地 居 住 ； 法 勒 的 兄 弟 名 叫 約 坍。

And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; because in his days the earth was divided: and his brother’s name was Joktan.

約 坍 生 亞 摩 答 、 沙 列 、 哈 薩 瑪 非 、 耶 拉 、

And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,

哈 多 蘭 、 烏 薩 、 德 拉 、

Hadoram also, and Uzal, and Diklah,

以 巴 錄 、 亞 比 瑪 利 、 示 巴 、

And Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba,

阿 斐 、 哈 腓 拉 、 約 巴。 這 都 是 約 坍 的 兒 子。

And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.

閃 生 亞 法 撒 ； 亞 法 撒 生 沙 拉 ；

Shem, Arphaxad, Shelah,

沙 拉 生 希 伯 ； 希 伯 生 法 勒 ； 法 勒 生 拉 吳 ；

Eber, Peleg, Reu,

拉 吳 生 西 鹿 ； 西 鹿 生 拿 鶴 ； 拿 鶴 生 他 拉 ；

Serug, Nahor, Terah,

他 拉 生 亞 伯 蘭， 亞 伯 蘭 就 是 亞 伯 拉 罕。

Abram; the same is Abraham.

亞 伯 拉 罕 的 兒 子 是 以 撒 、 以 實 瑪 利。

The sons of Abraham; Isaac, and Ishmael.

以 實 瑪 利 的 兒 子 記 在 下 面 ： 以 實 瑪 利 的 長 子 是 尼 拜 約， 其 次 是 基 達 、 押 德 別 、 米 比 衫 、

These are their generations: The firstborn of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,

米 施 瑪 、 度 瑪 、 瑪 撒 、 哈 達 、 提 瑪 、

Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema,

伊 突 、 拿 非 施 、 基 底 瑪。 這 都 是 以 實 瑪 利 的 兒 子。

Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael.

亞 伯 拉 罕 的 妾 基 土 拉 所 生 的 兒 子， 就 是 心 蘭 、 約 珊 、 米 但 、 米 甸 、 伊 施 巴 、 書 亞。 約 珊 的 兒 子 是 示 巴 、 底 但。

Now the sons of Keturah, Abraham’s concubine: she bare Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. And the sons of Jokshan; Sheba, and Dedan.

米 甸 的 兒 子 是 以 法 、 以 弗 、 哈 諾 、 亞 比 大 、 以 勒 大。 這 都 是 基 土 拉 的 子 孫。

And the sons of Midian; Ephah, and Epher, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaah. All these are the sons of Keturah.

亞 伯 拉 罕 生 以 撒 ； 以 撒 的 兒 子 是 以 掃 和 以 色 列。

And Abraham begat Isaac. The sons of Isaac; Esau and Israel.

以 掃 的 兒 子 是 以 利 法 、 流 珥 、 耶 烏 施 、 雅 蘭 、 可 拉。

The sons of Esau; Eliphaz, Reuel, and Jeush, and Jaalam, and Korah.

以 利 法 的 兒 子 是 提 幔 、 阿 抹 、 洗 玻 、 迦 坦 、 基 納 斯 、 亭 納 、 亞 瑪 力。

The sons of Eliphaz; Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.

流 珥 的 兒 子 是 拿 哈 、 謝 拉 、 沙 瑪 、 米 撒。

The sons of Reuel; Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.

西 珥 的 兒 子 是 羅 坍 、 朔 巴 、 祭 便 、 亞 拿 、 底 順 、 以 察 、 底 珊。

And the sons of Seir; Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezar, and Dishan.

羅 坍 的 兒 子 是 何 利 、 荷 幔 ； 羅 坍 的 妹 子 是 亭 納。

And the sons of Lotan; Hori, and Homam: and Timna was Lotan’s sister.

朔 巴 的 兒 子 是 亞 勒 文 、 瑪 拿 轄 、 以 巴 錄 、 示 非 、 阿 南。 祭 便 的 兒 子 是 亞 雅 、 亞 拿。

The sons of Shobal; Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sons of Zibeon; Aiah, and Anah.

亞 拿 的 兒 子 是 底 順。 底 順 的 兒 子 是 哈 默 蘭 、 伊 是 班 、 益 蘭 、 基 蘭。

The sons of Anah; Dishon. And the sons of Dishon; Amram, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.

以 察 的 兒 子 是 辟 罕 、 撒 番 、 亞 干。 底 珊 的 兒 子 是 烏 斯 、 亞 蘭。

The sons of Ezer; Bilhan, and Zavan, and Jakan. The sons of Dishan; Uz, and Aran.

以 色 列 人 未 有 君 王 治 理 之 先， 在 以 東 地 作 王 的 記 在 下 面 ： 有 比 珥 的 兒 子 比 拉， 他 的 京 城 名 叫 亭 哈 巴。

Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom before any king reigned over the children of Israel; Bela the son of Beor: and the name of his city was Dinhabah.

比 拉 死 了， 波 斯 拉 人 謝 拉 的 兒 子 約 巴 接 續 他 作 王。

And when Bela was dead, Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.

約 巴 死 了， 提 幔 地 的 人 戶 珊 接 續 他 作 王。

And when Jobab was dead, Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.

戶 珊 死 了， 比 達 的 兒 子 哈 達 接 續 他 作 王。 這 哈 達 就 是 在 摩 押 地 殺 敗 米 甸 人 的， 他 的 京 城 名 叫 亞 未 得。

And when Husham was dead, Hadad the son of Bedad, which smote Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Avith.

哈 達 死 了， 瑪 士 利 加 人 桑 拉 接 續 他 作 王。

And when Hadad was dead, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.

桑 拉 死 了， 大 河 邊 的 利 河 伯 人 掃 羅 接 續 他 作 王。

And when Samlah was dead, Shaul of Rehoboth by the river reigned in his stead.

掃 羅 死 了， 亞 革 波 的 兒 子 巴 勒 哈 南 接 續 他 作 王。

And when Shaul was dead, Baalhanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.

巴 勒 哈 南 死 了， 哈 達 接 續 他 作 王。 他 的 京 城 名 叫 巴 伊， 他 的 妻 子 名 叫 米 希 他 別， 是 米 薩 合 的 孫 女， 瑪 特 列 的 女 兒。

And when Baalhanan was dead, Hadad reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Pai; and his wife’s name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.

哈 達 死 了， 以 東 人 的 族 長 有 亭 納 族 長 、 亞 勒 瓦 族 長 、 耶 帖 族 長 、

Hadad died also. And the dukes of Edom were; duke Timnah, duke Aliah, duke Jetheth,

亞 何 利 巴 瑪 族 長 、 以 拉 族 長 、 比 嫩 族 長 、

Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon,

基 納 斯 族 長 、 提 幔 族 長 、 米 比 薩 族 長 、

Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar,

瑪 基 疊 族 長 、 以 蘭 族 長。 這 都 是 以 東 人 的 族 長。

Duke Magdiel, duke Iram. These are the dukes of Edom.
